LuxList operates as an exclusive, two-sided marketplace bringing elite creators together with high-end brands. Access to the creator pool or high-value gigs is contingent on passing our formal application process and verification requirements.

2. Application and Verification

By applying to LuxList, you affirm that the statistics, handles, biological information, and images provided are authentic and accurately represent your real identity. We reserve the absolute right to reject any application at our discretion without prejudice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide forged statistics or utilize fraudulent engagement (bots) on linked social accounts.
• Misrepresent your geographical location, age, or qualitative background.
• Use the platform or gigs curated by LuxList to violate any laws.

4. Liability & Campaign Adherence

LuxList acts as a marketplace facilitator. Individual campaign deliverables, payments, and disputes must be finalized and signed within the respective bounds of the connected gig or brand. We hold zero liability for third-party delays, disputes, or liabilities outside of the immediate platform.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any period. Continued usage following modification indicates agreement of the new conditions.
